I'm slowly adding back carbs in my diet. Mostly complex carbs; whole grains, seeds and nuts, fiber, vegetables etc. Still staying away from chocolate, ice cream, pastries and candy.
However, yesterday it was Constitution Day in Norway so I had a small piece of chocolate and I bought this tub of ice cream.
It says "No added sugar" on the box. Who cares! When you have ice cream that taste like cappuccino the question is not: "How can I resist" - The question is: "Why would I even consider resisting!" :-)
The Canon 5D I took this shot with is from 2005. The ice cream is fresh (but it will be gone by tomorrow :-)
