Coffee

Every morning I get up and make a pot of joe. Since my wife prefers decaf and I prefer regular; we compromise on using half regular and half decaf. We do not use cream or sugar, so I use one a flavored coffee (either decaf or regular) and the other as unflavored.
I consider myself coffeeholic, but I think you have way more coffee in your house than I do for sure! lol

@tamaralara Tamara thanks. I like trying different flavors and cutting it in half keeps any flavor from overpowering.

I drink coffee but only on the weekends, nice selection you have! Now I am ready for some! Love your pic!

This sounds like our mornings as well. My husband does half and half and I do decaf. I like the flavored and he doesn't but we must start the morning off with coffee so we have two pots and he makes the coffee.

@vernabeth Thank you Beth. I make the coffee because I am fussier and if it doesn't come out right, I can only blame myself.

Sounds like you two have it all worked out.

Like the old Beech Nut tin! I am a Starbucks coffee drinker. One cup in the morning and I am good for the day. Nice variety you have on your counter. I have not seen Sanka since I left home! Fun shot.

@laurentye Thank you Lauren, each tastes a little different, so I have to decide what type of morning I want.

@bilky Thank you bilky for looking at my photos. I enjoy the taste without adding any milk or sugar, hence the variety. :)

@seattle thank you Constance. Being in Seattle don't you have to drink Starbucks. The Beech Nut tin and Sanka bottle are accent pieces that are in the kitchen and I felt they were apropos for this photo.

Gotta love a guy that appreciates his coffee.. Great collection and I'm kinda curious about blending different types now..

@buggus Thank you Oleta; try mixing different types together.

So do you mean to tell me that in the process neither of you get what you want? That's seems all wrong! (Although I do live the sentiment of sharing.) Isn't there a "one cup" machine so that you can both get your favourite?!

@eleanor Thank you Eleanor; Gail wants us both to cut down on the amount of caffeine we use, so this solution keeps us both happy.
