Grilled Cheese by hjbenson

Grilled Cheese

For lunch, I made a grilled cheese - I toast the bread, then put it in the microwave for 15 seconds, add some sliced mushrooms, heat an additional 5 seconds. Now I enjoy and the cleanup is minimal :)

I know this is so easy and so delicious - I don't know why I still grill it in the oven!

The clean up doesn't bother me a bit, Harry, - I leave it to my wife. That looks like a delicious sandwich. Cool capture.

Harry, you've really cornered all aspects of the food genre for this challenge - very imaginative interpretation at times. I especially liked the triptych with the cabbages in the centre and the mix of colour and B&W. I like this one too and you've got a nice focus in the foreground.

@julieco Thank you Julie, I tried to think outside the box on this challenge and had a fun time doing it. Your artistic abilities shown through the various triptychs you posted this week and I have enjoyed them all.
