Seagull Sentry

A seagull stands guard on the rocky coast by the Portland Head Light (lighthouse) in Cape Elizabeth, Maine, watching for any ships that get too close to the rocks.

Great shot! The color is so crisp. I have a feeling he's more concerned about the possibility of food than whether they're too close to the rocks!

@olivetreeann I think they were watching for little fish to come to the surface. There were a bunch of them sitting on the rocks.
