We made some deconstructed sushi last week and @melanierivers told me you can buy sushi kits online. So we did. We found one that is super easy to use. We were rolling sushi within an hour of it arriving in the mail, and it only took that long because the rice took 20 minutes to cook! So, we made shrimp California rolls with shrimp, avocado, cucumber and some cream cheese (and a little smoked salmon on mine). YUM!

@swilde We bought one that is plastic. The rice doesn't stick to it at all, so easy. I couldn't believe it! @joansmor Hahaha! We are having way too much fun with this!
