Well, the clouds cleared about 9:15. Either that was too late or this is all closer the Venus and Jupiter got. I was really hoping to see them more converged, but no matter the setting, I always ended up with two distinct planets. And, the more I zoomed it, the further apart they looked.
@aat3877 I couldn't see the moon at all, at least not until very late. @melpitts I have missed all the big ones, the blood moon, strawberry moon,....Seems like those are the nights we always have bad weather.
I seen one other shot and they were about the same distance from one another. But then, it could be you had to be in a certain hemisphere or on a different continent to see them closer. I don't know. The trouble here was the clouds. Good shot!
