This is mine! by homeschoolmom

This is mine!

I made this at our women's ministry craft night tonight. Someone joked that I could make this my "Epcot" of places we have lived, so I did! The tea cup, which is chipped, and saucer are from my china set we got in Germany. The coffee beans represent New Hampshire. I used them for a Get Pushed photo, one of my first attempts at real photo editing. There are 7 stones mixed in with the coffee beans because we lived (and still own) 7 Stone Drive when we lived in Southern Illinois. The little cardinal egg represents almost every place we have lived, as we have lived in six out of the seven states (West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Illinois and North Carolina). The There is a seashell for our time in NH, since we visited a lot of lighthouses and beaches. And holding up my tea cup is a pine cone, which represents both New Hampshire and North Carolina. The roses I acquired in North Carolina and dried them myself.
This is pretty - you should photograph it with a solid background with more light to show the colors - the roses are beautiful.

@juletee Thanks. I've been meaning to do that, just haven't had time to do it.
