Candy from France

My daughter sent a box of candy to us from France.

Some of that looks familiar. The world is so much smaller than when I was young.

Yummy! Although the box came from France I think the original candy is German. Last weekend my daughter got a "Haribo" in a party-bag. First I told her the German slogan (Haribo macht Kinder froh und Erwachsene ebenso) and not a lot later my husband said the same. About 40 years ago this was either a lot cheaper in Germany or just not available in the Netherlands...
