I went to the Farmer's Market yesterday. It was only a mini market with a few booths, but I got some amazing produce. I got two types of aquaponic lettuce, organic kale and a bundle of herbs (you should smell them!). Plus, I got 3 types of fabulous cheese made from raw milk.
I'm using this as filler for a shot I missed last week. But, it works for the Jan word for Jan. 10 - plant.
@swilde Thanks, they really are that green too. You can even smell the freshness, kind of green smell, like grass. My daughter noticed it tonight. Unlike most lettuce from a grocery store which has no smell (or taste) or smells like it's already starting to rot.
