Saturday morning was a good morning in the Poland household. It finally feels like fall, so my husband finally got a deer after hunting for nearly 2 months. My boys were off on a camp out with the Boy Scouts. And the sun was shining beautifully through trees behind our house warming it up, so I didn't freeze to death helping my husband prepping his deer to go to the butcher. OK, so it was a good day for everyone but me, as I had to fill in as helper since the boys were gone. Can't wait to get the meat back to make Bambi stroganoff. But, I'm using it to fill in on Nov. 11, since I missed that one some how.
