Historic Winchester, Virginia! by homeschoolmom

Historic Winchester, Virginia!

We spent the evening walking around the Old Town of Winchester, Virginia, before eating dinner in a French Restaurant. Most of the buildings date back before the Civil War (the statue on the top right is dedicated to Confederate Soldiers), but some went back to before the Revolutionary War, including an office where George Washington worked when he was in the Army as a young man (the two pictures on the left).
Gorgeous collage. I believe we stayed in Winchester once long ago. I actually spent part of my childhood near DC. This is so beautiful.
