@salza@annika82 Thanks! @randystreat The egg whites have to be free of yolk. Even a tiny bit will keep it from frothing. And, they need to be room temperature. When I make this pie, I put the yolks in the pudding to make it richer, then let the whites sit for at least 10 minutes. Beat them until they are frothy, then add the sugar and some cream of tarter. That will do it.
