This morning was the NC Youth Hunter Skills Tournament. Because of COVID, the tournament was "virtual" by district for high school and at the local club for middle school. Our district was mostly Alamance County winners, so that's where the tournament was held. There were two individuals, Hunter and Cole (the other kid to his right) and two teams of 5. Hunter competed in shotgun with Cole, just the two of them, but did rifle and archery alone. They did the test staggered as they finished shooting. Because he wasn't felling well (allergy season) and because of the increased distance from the clays, he only hit 11 clays (Cole hit 16). Now we wait to see how the other 8 districts did.
