Downtown Tampa, FL, is developing a river walk area. At one end is the old water works building. They turned it into a really cool "mall" of restaurants and bars. It's very trendy and hip. In fact, on the back side of the building in another area, they were having a big event called, "Women, Wine and Shoes." It was a very swanky event with a fashion show.
