Most of the boys in our Boy Scout troop are older. It's been 4 or 5 years since any of them have done Pinewood Derby. So, they all brought in the cars they made as Cub Scouts, set up the old track and had an unofficial race. My son is setting up his fastest car to run his brother's fastest car, which won 3rd place in the district race back in 2010. I think Hunter's car was faster, but that could have been because it's 2 years newer and had graphite lubricant on the wheels. Either way, the boys all enjoyed seeing each other's old cars.
