Pasta class

My friends and I went to Sur la Table to learn how to make homemade pasta. The tortellini dough was a little thick (on purpose, to make it easier to deal with), but I liked the goat cheese and ricotta filling, even though I don't particularly like goat cheese. The pappardelle with cream sauce and poached egg was amazing. It reminded me of the tortellini Cargonara we had in Europe.
