I had to go get new tires for my daughter's car yesterday. So while they were working on it, I took a walk in downtown. But before I could get to the nice area of downtown, I had to walk a long way through the not-so-nice-area near downtown. Much of it looks like this. Lots of barbed wired, broken windows and bars on windows.
