I got muscadine grapes and scuppernong grapes (another variety of muscadines) in my farm to table delivery the last two weeks. So, I'm making syrup. I tried to make jelly a few years ago and ended up with some really yummy pancake syrup because it didn't set. Some people just eat them, but I think they are gross. The skin is thick and sour and the inside is very thick and slimy.
