All Aboard!

My Get Pushed challenge this week is to photograph and interesting building or piece of architecture. Although there are three sets of railroad tracks that run through downtown, trains don't stop here to pick up passengers any more. But, the old train station behind the Railroad Museum is now a little park with a small pavilion behind it. Local bands often preform her in the summer.
@thejazzyj Here's another shot for your challenge.

Old railroad stations always seem to have interesting architecture and when they are updated, they are painted so colorfully. Nice capture.

How wonderful they repurposed it.

@zosimasy They have a train engine on site, too!
@miata2u My grandfather worked for the rail road before I was born. Apparently, I teethed on his old rail road hat. LOL!
@joansmor Hahaha! Oh, yeah, it's a big bustling rural town! LOL! County seat of a very tiny rural county, halfway between Fayetteville and Raleigh and Durham.
@swilde Thanks!
@randystreat Thanks! I love that green paint next to the red brick. Lots of buildings in our area are this same red color brick.
@danette They tend to keep everything here. There are a ton of old shacks and houses sitting in the woods and fields, falling down.
