Every year, my husband threatens to get me a bowling ball, if I don't give him a Christmas list of what I want. I gave him a list, but he didn't like a few things on the list because two of them were kitchen pans. So, he went to the local bowling alley, told them what he wanted to do, and they let him borrow this bowling ball as a gag gift because they thought it was so funny.

@summerfield I attempted your challenge this week, but was unable to do it correctly here at my in-laws house. I want to try it again when I get home next week.
@homeschoolmom - i was going to let you know, too, that with my present condition, i could not be out for too long what with the low temps around here and today when i actually had my gear and my sister was with me, we had heavy sleet and rain. i had planned to go downtown for the challenge, but we're supposed to be back in office on tuesday and i really wanted to try that technique and see if i can do it. i practiced today on my niece's Christmas tree but i wasn't happy with the outcome. the buildings would really be good for that. so i propose we do our assignments next week and we'll just tag it for next week's get pushed, which means we'll have each two different entries. what say you?
