Interesting way to make the cuts needed to sew together a "square" quilt. Love what appears to be an old paper cutter.

@randystreat I'm making a wedding ring quilt for my niece's wedding present. It is a paper cutter, only it's not that old. I use it for scrapbooking. It really helped me get the precise squares I needed for the ring connectors.
