People of Walmart Back-up Plan?

It took us a minute to figure out what this was. It's a bicycle on the back of a motorcycle. His back-up plan? Can't say I've ever ween this before. Not sure what he was buying at Wal-mart, but I hope it wasn't very big. LOL!
