I made eggplant parmesan tonight. This is my homemade spaghetti sauce. Not much inspiration for photographs today! I've spent too much time trying to help my daughter raise the final $6000 (or $400/month for the 16 months) for her missions internship in France. She only has 3 days left to reach her goal. Three months really isn't enough time to raise $40,000.
