My friends and I went to a class to learn how to make tappas tonight. It was fun and the food was really good. We made lamb meatballs with a tzatziki sauce, grilled shrimp with a spicy cilantro sauce (none of us cared for the sauce), roasted cauliflower and baklava ice cream (that was phenomenal).
@ingrid01 It was just all the makings of baklava in a really good vanilla ice cream. It was the highlight of the evening. But, I must say, the lamb meatballs and tzatziki sauce sure were good, too.
