Spice it Up!

I roasted some spices, ground them up, and made Indian Butter Chicken for dinner.

I'm so impressed that you prepared and combined all your spices yourself to make that delicious dish.

@mcsiegle My daughter got the recipe from her school and another student (from India) told her how his mom made this dish. He was nice enough to tell how to make garam masala spice if you couldn't find it. It makes the house smell amazing to heat those spices in a pan.
