Exploding into bloom

064 - This is the latest stage of development of the bud that we last saw on 2nd May 2012, and it's certainly exploding into bloom now!

I like it a lot - I've seen these buds bloom before but never really observed them closely in the way that I've done this year, and it's been quite fascinating to see how they develop.
