Kings Cross Transformed by if1

Kings Cross Transformed

275 - Off on my travels to see my eldest daughter and her family, so a train to London and then another out to High Wycombe. One place that is being transformed is Kings Cross railway station.

This is a totally new section of the station with shops, refreshments and a variety of other facilities. I love the roof of this wonderful building.

Not sure how much time I will have to comment over the next few days, so I apologise in advance if I don't comment on your shots - I will catch up when I get home. My grandson has far too much planned to keep me busy while I'm here!
Cool perspective!

@tonydebont

Thank you Tony - you are correct, St Pancras is just across the road from Kings Cross. I included a shot of St Pancras earlier in the year - http://365project.org/if1/365/2012-06-27

Some great RR stations in your area of the world. They are lacking in the US, although some are being restored.
