because the only camera I had in the doctor's office was my cell phone I liked the way this tiny window framed the trees...the real shot though is the fact that at a grown up appointment the only reading material in the room was Dr. Seuss!

I like this shot. There is a lot going on. Looking out the window at the trees is a bit dreary, but seeing the Dr. Seuss books, brightens up the mood. Prefect processing with the phone.
