I never will. this week was my sister's birthday. she passed away in 2007 from breast cancer. her birthday was also the day we had to put Freddie to sleep. I don't think I was capable of dealing with both of these this week. I found these blooming next door to my mom's house. my sister's yard was overrun with these in the spring. they are beautiful painful reminders of her. the shadows and highlights added to the melancholy of this photo for me.
