this hair on the geranium leaf is called trichome...there are two types...one is responsible for the fragrance of the leaves carrying the oil that causes the fragrance...apparently the ones that don't have it don't do anything : | ??? it's 20 degrees outside...my husband over-winters these every year...they are his favorite...
