I love this stage with babies...they learn something new every day. he went from sitting to crawling to crawling really fast in a very short period of time. the only problem is that when you need to do something you can't do it fast enough before he reaches something he shouldn't be near...a hard table or a dog's tail...so occasionally the playpen (what we used to call them but of course they are pack and plays now) comes into use. since it is used so infrequently he still finds it quite interesting to be in there. fortunate for grandma when I need those couple of minutes!
