Bill, an old friend, sold his business after 45 years. His last day was New Year's Eve. Greg and I surprised him with a visit after seeing his story on the news. The pizza and sub shop was jam packed. They had to stop taking orders. He is well loved by the community. He will be missed. He employed many local people over the years. I never paid for any food. He wouldn't hear of it. In his typical way, he stopped, talked to us even though he was overly busy and grabbed a customer to take a photo of the three of us. We have promised to get together. I will see that we do to go listen to another long time friend play some music. Happy retirement Bill!
