I'll be getting my knee replacement on the 21st. Trying to get things in order, lots of Dr. visits and the like pre-op so not a lot of photo time. Worked these flowers pretty hard and now they're mostly all gone. Pretty while they lasted.
Just beautiful, Jackie! Will keep you in my prayers for the surgery. I've never hear anyone say they regret knee replacement. I think you'll be very happy once it's healed. :)
Idk but knee problems usually happen when you’ve inflammation or too much uric acid in your body.
my sister suffers from knee osteoarthritis,after long process of PT and by switching to vegan diet,her knee issues have gone away.she’s still taking OTC …… osteo BI-Flex and Hyaluronic Acid..everyday..avoid red meat as much as possible,these causes body inflammation and other health problems.. Use warm heating pad on your knees..and low dosage Tylenol for the pain..hope you’ll feel and walk better soon 🙏🌻 @jackies365
