the area of the park I went to today had all of these low little, tiny leaves on the plants. I shot all of the usual stuff but ended up liking the small things the best today.
I think the light in these leaves makes it a magical image. The background colors make a great backdrop for the pale yellows and the tree branches (or tiny trunks) frame the little plant nicely.
@jackies365 You're so sweet, sharing such a thoughtful note concerning the loss of my buddy Heather. Those prayers for peace, they must be working; tonight is not as painful though I know there are sudden swells of tears yet to come. I've been stepping over her sleeping form in the middle of the entrance way for so long, I caught myself doing it today even tho there's no dog there now. Things like that just make ya cry a little, one more time. *sigh* Thanks for your thoughtfulness.
