For this photo I bought a carton of yogurt, put a sieve on a bowl, took a wet teatowel and put that in the sieve and the yogurt in the teatowel. After a few hours I had two bowls with curd (i believe you call it that...we call it hangop). With some of the pears I showed you two days back I made stewed pears with red wine and sugar.....It was delicious!
Je had niet alles hoeven te vertellen Jacqueline.. nu maak je mensen jaloers... oh my, wat ziet dat er lekker uit... oh, en voor ik het vergeet.... goede collage :)
@angelunderwater It tasted so good. It is a very old recipe that my mother used to make with stewed appels, cinnamon and raisins. Also very nice.
Thank you for your comment and fav. Always enjoy talking to you!
I laughed out loud at your words and read them out to my boys, who also laughed! You're so funny. But also, this looks amazing. My mum used to make yoghurt but I have never tried it.
@casablanca Thank you for your fun comment! 😊 Follow the photos and try it. It’s lovely with walnut or pecan nuts and honey too. ( that is if you can eat nuts) and almost every type of fruit.
