thought I had better get a photo of our magnolia tree before the frost comes along and turns it brown. While I was focusing on a flower this goldfinch came and landed within the area I was photographing.
That was so lucky! There are lots of Goldfinches here on Crete. The birds fly about in the olive trees and you can't see them very well, so I can only ID the ones I already know.
