bought the dog a new bed today. I walked into the kitchen carrying it and some heavy bags of shopping, dumped it on the floor and started to put the shopping away. In the meantime she had got off the sofa and into the bed. It makes me wonder how did she know it was a dog bed.
It was clearly calling to her. Very smart. No doubt one day it will tell her it wants her to eat it! When we got Monty his basket he climbed in and promptly growled at anybody who tried to move him - whereas the cat would never go in her cat bed but was straight in a cardboard box. Monty has had territory aggression training since then!
