reflections in the windows of the village nursery taken for our art group's current topic on doors and windows. The lines made me think of Mondrian (pretentious..... Moi????) I love the curtains and suspect that they have been there since the '50's. In fact many of the parents of the the children who attend the nursery went there themselves, so they were probably there when they were.
I love this shot, and I don't think it's at all pretentious to be reminded of Mondrian--especially as I like this photograph a lot better than I like a typical Mondrian painting. Fav for me.
@lucypics nor here today Lucy - it is absolutely dire. I realised this morning that I threw my only properly waterproof coat out at the beginning of the summer and meant to replace it but forgot. A sign of what a good summer we had I suppose!
