Gerhard Richter did a long series of works called Atlas's from 1962 to 2013 where he arranged photographs, newspaper cuttings etc into formal or informal grids. Gerhard was dealing with time. I had the same idea when I took these photos each day when sailing from the Galapagos Islands to the Marquesas in 2003, but had not heard of Richter at the time. They have sat on a CD since then - and this is the first time I have done anything with them. All shots are just as the camera (a Nikon E5700) took them.
