My bw version by joansmor

My bw version

@janiskay my big sister, posted a similar picture this week. I went to a wedding an am way to tired to process pictures so this is what you get. For those who follow us box I hope you don't get tired of the similar shots and enjoy the differences in our style. This is of course a bracketed shout process in Fusion. Going to bed and will get caught up on commenting tomorrow. Afraid I won't make any sense this morning. Now for those who want to yank my chain and say that I seldom make sense - well that's probably true.
Wonderful in black and white (and I will never tire of the lovely captures from you and your sister!)

I asked my hubby to build one of these in our woods just tonight while we were strolling! Fantastic photo!!

A wonderful shot.

I love this. The foreground/background contrast is wonderful. Having tried to photograph such piles (though I learned from your sister that they are ever so much more than piles!!!!), I know that they tend to blend right in with their surroundings. I'm your get-pushed partner this week. How about landscape that includes human(s)? If this doesn't suit your constraints or desires, let me know and I'll come up with another.

@francoise That is a good one. Thanks. You like these stones build one and take a picture okay. Can have bokeh in the back or scenery.

There can never be too many zen images and this one is perfect for b&w processing. In this version, there's a wonderful emphasis you've created on shape and texture.

@taffy See what @jocasta did with balancing stones. Love hers.

@joansmor I agree -- just saw her shot and commented a second ago. I've decided to do some of these when I return to the island, as you three have inspired me.

Love your black and white.

Super in B&W. I like how the stack is darker than what's behind it.
