First let me assure you he does have arms - just movement not captured with tablet. I have been challenged to show movement. I may have been able to post a picture with blur to show motion but this is my great grand nephew and his mother and I liked this picture best. I mean look at that great smile. If you don't know what floss dancing is look it up but think you must live in a cave because it is everywhere.
