This photo was taken when I pulled over and opened the passenger car window. So nothing amazing except it was the first daffodils I have seen this year. When winter consists of snowstorms and very cold weather spring is a really big deal. And considering I am not driving around a lot it was a more significant find.
Fantastic layers Joan....hard at the bottom complete with patching...soft growth & plants together with the stone layer then on the top looks like plastic in some form...lovely!
Daffodils are so welcome as they herald Spring. Ours have been and gone. Great news Boris is out of hospital...and can recover with less drama. Fingers crossed!
@taffy I only go out for a walk daily if the weather permits (being spring that is about 2/3 of the time. My niece who lives next door has been buying the one or two things I need from the grocery store. I did a big shop over three weeks ago during senior hours. I still don't need a lot.
