This is my first get-pushed challenge - and @masosy suggested a shot that expresses joy and/or happiness. Don't know whether I captured it but had a lot of fun photographing them. Thanks @masosy for being such a kind first partner. Best large - but they always are.

I love the soft focus on this, contrasted with the detail on the baby and the monochrome approach is absolutely right for this image, so that we can concentrate on the relationships between the 3 and the composition, rather than being distracted by the colours. Lovely image, I definitely feel the warmth and the happiness.
Wow, this is a gorgeous shot Jocasta. The baby is definitely the star of the show, but the parents in the background really convey the emotion. Well done on such a good response to your challenge.
