This is an excellent POV for this shot. Its an excellent composition and the framing is perfect, which I normally feel more iffy about... but it works really effectively here.
That's a good question; fenced-in or fenced-out? This looks like pretty heavy-duty fencing and your slightly menacing sky suggests fenced (imprisoned) in! So LET ME OUT!!! :0) Super photo - lovely rhythm to it.
