Squash

Another day of foul weather, so to avoid missing another photo of the day, here's a squash that I bought. I'm still trying to decide how to cook it!

Should be yummy! Did you know you can cook the squash whole, as is with some holes poked for air to escape? It's a fun, easy way to cook squash.

I think I'll look at the whole of it rather than the cooked of it! Squash is not my favourite vegetable!

@maggiemae I haven't tried this type before, so I bought a small one - It only weighs about half a pound.
