Not really, but he was so life like until I saw his eyes. I added a texture layer and few other edits to give him a bit more of a creepy feel.

Thank you all so very much. I am very, very grateful that this display only was visual and not the kind that was motion activated with noise or a voice of some kind. I would have jumped straight out of my skin if there was.
