I love these pristine white and black churches. This one is across the street from Louise's house. Louise and I climbed up to the bell tower to watch the bells being played. Very interesting history.
@maggiemae Surprisingly, the bells are more muffled from inside than from outside!
Joy, this is lovely! I'll look to you to show some photos from our visit as I'm still trying to catch up day by day in some semblance of order! ...I may post a few more, but the family has begun arriving, so little chance...and I don't want to be up all night!
Oh my gosh girlfriend, I don't believe you had the time to comment on my photos! Thank you so much for your comments and humor! You always make me laugh. I am really enjoying reminiscing as I look through my photos , the good, the bad, and the crappy ones. Have a wonderful time with your family. Hugs to you and Ken.
Ahhh...caught up... What a lovely Lunenburg tour through your eyes and camera! I should be packing*...
* Large birdhouse, books...that sort of thing. I don't need the clothes so much as I have plenty at home, but I'll need the suitcases to fill with Mexican food and provisions for an American Thanksgiving in Nov when the stores here are putting everything out for Christmas! "See ya" back in California Tue night!
