I have an efficient friend who organised tickets to Anglesey Abbey this morning so I was lucky enough to have my first group walk of the year. There were a few pheasants wandering around and this one was not shy. Found myself clucking at it to try to get it to look at me before I remembered it wasn’t actually our cat.

Covid: Nigel group karate training (outdoors)
Good thing: Adam looking & sounding much better - more healing to do but the worst is definitely done. Nigel’s knee is good enough to train on.
