Wind Power by judithg

Wind Power

@samdan has a lovely picture of this mill in Impington taken in April - I notice in her shot there is a different set of attractive climbing plants adorning the cottage - the whole garden is very well planted. The doors are open because they have a Mill Open Weekend tomorrow and Sunday and they must be sprucing it up - hopefully it will turn.

Lesley gives a lovely history of the mill - http://365project.org/samdan/365/2011-04-20

This is a much nicer windmill than mine ..you can actually go inside ? What a wonderful setting too with the beautiful greenery . I particularly like the one with the flowers or something hanging from it !

beautiful shot - I must admit I've never really noticed Impington Mill before - and then, by coincidence, just posted a picture of a windmill in Norfolk - just goes to show we don't see what is on the doorstop. I like your close-up of the sails too
