After the stormy weather it was a glorious day in Brighton yesterday. Adam and I went on a half term jolly and once I'd finally found the car park we had a successful shopping day and a walk along the prom. Given another hour by myself I would have taken my camera down the pier but in the end contented myself with going half blind shooting into the sun. A lovely drive along the coast line as the sun set was followed by a very nice stay at mum and dad's new apartment.
Three GT:
1. Brighton's eclectic style
2. Proper waves
3. My mum's Bakewell tart
This is absolutely gorgeous, the figures are positioned perfectly in the trame and love the silhouetted grassed and boat.... oh, and the fab sun flare too! I almost blinded myself yesterday shooting into the sun too!!
I thought this was mine for a second & then thought where are the trees....
What a treat, a free apartment in that lovely place...beautiful silhouettes & a late autumn feel.
How lovely to have a place to stay in Brighton - it's a great place for photo opportunities. Love this shot and the colours and clouds in the sky. The sun flare is the icing on the cake. Fav
This is gorgeous - really beautiful. I'm meant to be going down with Ben tomorrow but the forecast is pretty dire - hopefully quite good for crashing seas anyway
Wonderful photo of my old hometown - you've made it look so remote and beautiful! Not the normal hoards of folk and rubbish on the beach, grins. Have to fav, gorgeous shot.
